Do you have a physical location?

We are currently a mobile only operation, but we do make sure that we go above and beyond to accommodate those within our serviceable areas that wish to set up a molding appointment. 

Do you ship molds?

Yes. we ship molding kits to anywhere in the US. If you are not located in the areas we service, a nonrefundable deposit of $100 is required to have the molding kit shipped to you. 

What comes in the molding kit?

The molding kit includes the number of molding trays equivalent to your order, a set of molding putty and a back up, instructions on how to properly do the mold. Once you complete your mold simply return it to us along with the back up molding putty if it was not used. In the case your mold was not done properly or you use both sets of putty, a new molding kit will have to be shipped to you. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping for additional molding kits.

How long does it take?

Once your completed mold is in our possession, it will take 4-5 business days for your grill to be made and sent to you. Our team will contact you on the rare occasion a delay occurs.

Do you do same day delivery?

We do not currently offer same day delivery. We take pride in the quality of our grillz and we want to make sure that we have enough time to make sure that we can provide you with the highest quality possible.

Can I provide my own gold?

In order to ensure that the grillz we provide are up to our standard of quality, we do not allow clients to bring their own gold.

Do you offer grill options beyond the ones listed?

Yes, the options listed in our price list are just our standard options, but we also provide many other custom options. If you want options beyond the ones listed, feel free to message us on our social media platforms or give us a call to discuss the look you’re looking for.

Do you offer payment plans?

We currently offer Klarna! This option is available at checkout.

How can I support Filthy Grillz?

We are a new brand and you can support us by spreading the word about us. Follow us on all of our social media platforms to stay updated on filthy deals, looks, and news. We will be dropping filthy grillz apparel soon so also be on the look out for that. Thank you for your support and we look forward to providing you with more filth in the future.
